Aventura Group invests in the DTC-brand LUÜNA Naturals

Aventura Group makes a minority investment in the Hong Kong-based DTC-brand, LUÜNA Naturals (LUÜNA), as part of the brand’s ongoing seed round.

LUÜNA sells organic period-care products and is one of the fastest growing brands in its segment in Asia. In August, Aventura signed a Market Partnership agreement with LUÜNA, a partnership that runs in parallel with the investment where Aventura takes responsibility to grow LUÜNA’s business in China, both strategically and operationally.

“Aventura Group invests in brands that we can scale in China through our platforms in China. The investment in LUÜNA Naturals is the first direct investment of this kind for us and a good example of our investment strategy going forward. We have got to know LUÜNA’s founder the past year and we are very impressed by the company and what they have achieved so far. China is the world’s largest market for feminine hygiene products. According to the analysis firm Statista, this market is worth about USD 10 billion and is expected to grow by 6.2% CAGR until 2026.
